PickUp Patrol

 

 

Dear Parents,

Nye Elementary is now using a web application called PickUp Patrol to help us better manage our dismissal process and make it easier for you to make changes to your children’s after-school dismissal plans.

Previously you may have written a note or made a phone call to the office to let us know about dismissal plan changes. For example, Katie is getting picked up instead of taking the bus, or Tom is staying after for an activity. Now, you’ll simply sign into PickUp Patrol from your smartphone or computer and submit the changes there.

ALL plan changes should now be submitted through PickUp Patrol.

PickUp Patrol is:

  • Convenient: You can make changes days, weeks, or even months in advance.
  • Automated: Reduces classroom interruptions and helps us better track who’s going where.
  • Safe and Secure: All student information is protected, and the program is entirely administered by our staff. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email each time you submit a plan change for your child.
